FinanceFeeds reports that as of Oct 11 there was still no public Anthropic S-1 on EDGAR, 132 days after the June 1 confidential filing. A Bloomberg-reported schedule, which Anthropic has not confirmed, has an Oct 14 institutional investor day, IPO marketing starting the week of Nov 9, and trading possibly beginning before Nov 26. Under the SEC's 15-day public-filing rule, a Nov 9 roadshow would need a public S-1 by about Oct 23. The exchange, ticker, price range and share count have not been announced. The main signal to watch is whether the registration statement appears on EDGAR. The reported timeline is already later than earlier mid-October reporting.
