[FLASH] Anthropic amended S-1 discloses ~$895B compute/infrastructure commitments; Q3 revenue near $17B
Yahoo Finance reports that Anthropic's amended S-1, filed Nov 2, lists about $895B in aggregate purchase and lease commitments, nearly all of it compute and infrastructure, against Q3 revenue of about $17B (up from $11.6B in Q2) and a $567M Q3 operating loss. The Register reports that compute costs rose 77% quarter over quarter and that commitments without fixed dollar terms could lift the total past $1T. Named counterparties include Broadcom (~$161B in equipment leases), Google (~$121B), Amazon ($110B) and Microsoft ($44.9B), which links the filing directly to supplier backlogs; still to watch are the price range and share count, both blank so far.
