[DEVELOPING] Bloom Energy's first $1bn quarter runs alongside securities suits over China scandium sourcing
Bloom Energy reported Q2 revenue of $1.065bn on 28 July, up 166% year on year, and lifted full-year operating income guidance to $800-900m from $425-450m. Separately, multiple firms filed securities class actions on 4-6 August covering buyers from 27 February 2025 to 8 July 2026, alleging the company understated Chinese exposure in its scandium supply chain after a 8 July Hunterbrook report knocked the shares 5.7%. Watch the 28 September lead-plaintiff deadline and any company disclosure that reconciles the supply-chain claims.
