[DEVELOPING] Goldman Sachs upgrades CoreWeave to Buy after debt-driven selloff
Goldman Sachs analyst Gabriela Borges raised CoreWeave to Buy from Neutral on Oct 19, after the stock fell 24% in five sessions. TipRanks reports she argued that investors may be underestimating upward revisions to returns on compute assets, and that 13.5%–15% unsecured bond yields may overstate the company's real cost of new financing. TipRanks reports the price target was cut to $106 from $139, but some other outlets report the two figures the other way round. 24/7 Wall St. reported CRWV up 6% and Nebius up 7% in early trading. Later quotes on the same page showed CRWV roughly flat, so the stock's response to this marker for neocloud credit stress remains unsettled ahead of CoreWeave's late-October results.
