[UPDATE] Intel's equity raise was upsized to $20bn at $95, diluting holders about 4.9% for 14A capacity
Intel priced 210,526,315 shares at $95 on 10 August, upsizing the offering from $15bn to $20bn, and finalised it on 11 August for net proceeds near $19.7bn against reported demand above $100bn. The issuance is roughly 4.9% dilution, directed largely at 14A High-NA capacity whose foundry returns are not expected before 2028. It is also why Nvidia's 30 June Intel mark overstates the position's current value.
