[FLASH] Meta plans up to $95B in stock sales to fund AI buildout; Nvidia, AMD, Broadcom named as cornerstone buyers

Meta launched $35B of underwritten equity offerings on Oct. 26 and outlined a further $60B at-the-market program, with Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom named as cornerstone investors. The raise shows hyperscaler AI capex being funded with equity and not only debt. Meta has told investors it expects to need 'hundreds of billions of dollars' over several years. Items to watch: pricing of the underwritten tranches and timing of the ATM program.
