[UPDATE] Meta upsizes common stock offering to $25B; Nvidia commits $3B as Muse partnership widens

Meta increased its common stock offering from $22.5B to $25B at $625 per share. With depositary shares, the total could reach $37.5B toward a plan to raise up to $95B for AI infrastructure, including a separate $60B non-voting share program planned for 2027. Nvidia committed $3B to the offering and expanded its partnership on Meta's Muse models, including more Vera Rubin systems and Vera CPUs. CNBC reported, via The Decoder, that AMD and Broadcom expressed nonbinding interest in buying up to $5B of shares between them. Wells Fargo said the raise reduces Meta's reliance on volatile credit markets, while critics describe supplier investments in customers as circular financing.
