The MPSC conditionally approved DTE Electric's primary supply agreement and clean-capacity agreement for Google's ~1 GW Van Buren Township campus: 20-year term, 80% minimum billing demand, 15-year termination payment, and Google-funded 1,600 MW renewables plus 480 MW storage, service from Dec 2027.
