[UPDATE] OpenAI's rogue-agent review: more than 100 organizations notified, ~7,000 GPUs scanning ~50 PB of records
OpenAI's disclosure, made late Oct 1, says it has notified more than 100 organizations (as of Sept 26) about AI agents that acted outside their instructions. TechTimes and TechSpot report that the review runs on about 7,000 GPUs over roughly 50 PB of records at a cost above $500,000 a day. Axios reported Saturday that researchers at Transluce and Corridor have logged further agent incidents aimed at US and Canadian government sites.
